This is another excellent chapter. The first visit to a gyn/ob is difficult for any woman. Poor Rebeka raped physically and financially by someone she trusted. I do not see any room for improvement. Have a blessed day.

I really feel sorry for Rebeka. I loved being pregnant with my two sons, but you do lose all your dignity. When I read that Rebeka had to have her legs in stirrups, I remembered that, oh the embarrassment!
The history of her mother's pregnancies, that was sad. How painful that must have been. I wonder if she'd been able to see a doctor things would have been different. I can see Tyler and Rebeka becoming a couple. She doesn't need to see her father though! I enjoyed this chapter, Barbara, very well done. :)) Sandra xx

This is all conveyed in the story with great accuracy and attention to detail. Rebeka is learning to trust Taylor to such an extent that she wants him at her examination.. her Bp being high is understandable with a family like hers... Very well written .Especially the dialogues ae so natural.

I didn't see it posted to my fan list. I had to go to the front page to find the latest chapter. Not much interaction yet with Rebekka's father, but I can imagine only conflict. Grace. We all need Grace, grace and truth... Like the hospital scene and the professional care, yet the added empathy, that something more that means love comes through without over playing it. Nice.

Wow. I feel bad for Rebeka and the life she has been raised in. It's going to take time for her to put her full trust in Tyler, but as he is treating her respectfully she will come around.

Very nice post, Barb. This experience has vastly improved the relationship between Rebeka and Tyler. It is pretty clear where this is going, but how many bumps are there going to be along the way?

First Rebeka is embarrassed to be caught in his shirt, then she wants him in the exam room while she's having an internal; she's all over the place. I think she's desperate to find a man she can trust who is not always telling her she doesn't measure up in some way.
