There Goes Tomorrow


And, here we say there goes tomorrow
Whatever happened to the love we used to know
Live for today. Die for tomorrow
There ain't no way I could ever let you go

Don't make me beg for the love you promised
Come and give yourself to me
I'd follow you right down the paths of glory
All roads you take lead right back to me

Love dies hard when it's over
And, your love for me has gone away
I need you here right beside me
How can I face another lonely day

Nights we spent in love together
Are filled with dreams of yesterday
You were mine just for a moment
And, in my arms is where you're gonna stay

And, here we say there goes tomorrow
Our love won't see the light of day
Your memory brings me all this sorrow
How could we let our love just fade away

Love flows free like the raging river
It builds upon the endless sea
Some day soon before my life is over
I know that you'll be coming back to me
