Sarah Sawyer: Hi everyone!

I'm working on my final college project, which is my novel. At the moment, this is set in 1998/1999, and my character's cousins are bullies. I don't want to make them sound fake, or out of the realm of disbelief, so I guess I wanted to ask, how would you design a childhood bully? What kind of things could you see them saying, especially if they are related to the victim of said bullying? I want to have them at a somewhat lesser form of Stephen King's bullies as they are not that intense.

Also, the two cousins are siblings, a boy and a girl between the ages of 8-10.
    AJ McCall: Sounds like an awesome project so far... I think your bullies should prey on the flaws of your character. Think about what your character struggles with the most and have the cousins focus on that. And one of my older siblings was born in between those years, and a lot of kids at his school used to tease him about how he smelled, calling skunk pits and smelly. Hope that helps... -
