Writing short stories/poems

I am a 34 year old single mother of three (2 boys, 1 girl). I love to write. I had 3 short stories published in "The High School Writer," a literary magazine in Grand Rapids, MN. I completed a course, "Writing and Selling Short Stories," from the Writer's Digest School.
On August 8, 2007, my two boys and I were involved in a MVA (no fault of mine). My boys were in the back, strapped in their cars seats. They were unharmed. Praise God! I, on the other hand, was diagnosed with an illness called Spasmodic Torticollis, better known as, Cervical Dystonia.
Now, I write ALL the time.
