I am a Civil Engineer (PrEng) by profession, part time writer and poet becoming just about full time lately and have published work in South Africa.These are mostly Technical Manuals to assist industries, specifically Civil Engineering and Mining. I also published an anthology of poetry and a book called "Cheese-making in a Nutshell" I only started writing poetry late in my life when a monogamous marriage of 32 years came to a sudden end. The natural release valve for my frustration was writing poetry. I do not profess to be an excellent poet, but I need honest feedback on my work.
Now eighteen years later it has become a passion. I have learnt (learned) a lot here and write poetry and novels which changed my life considerably.
I have found a lovely lady eight years ago. She writes as well and inspires me tremendously.
