And I thought Yorkshire pud with chicken was a Welsh dietary aberration.I'm old fashioned I know. Yorkshires went with roast beef, but when i got to Wales I found them served up with every roast, now it looks as though this fashion has spread as far as Southampton.

I liked the explanation of a fold in space. I feel anything can happen out there and probably does.

Yes, we've had Yorkshire puds, stiffing, and mint-sauce with every meat on a Sunday for years. When my late husband was alive, I had to make another dozen little puds so he and the boys could have them with golden syrup poured over! lol.
Thank you so much for the six stars, Jim, that was so nice of you. And, I'm glad you liked the explanation of the fold. Have a lovely day, my friend, and stay safe. :)) Sandra xxx

No, no, no! Mint sauce or redcurrant jelly with lamb, apple sauce with pork, horseradish sauce with beef, bread sauce with chicken, cranberry sauce with turkey and orange sauce with duck! You palate needs educating. I wonder what sauce the gypsies had with their hedgehog stew!

LOL!!! Sorry, Jim, you wouldn't be able to take me to the Lord Mayors Ball! LOL. But if it helps, I have it all with all meat and poultry, just to make sure I get part of it right, at least. Lol.
    Hedgehog stew!!! Oh YUK!

Lol, I've found a better nit spray, that kills them dead!! lol. I'll see if I can arrange a photo shoot. :)) Drozig, Eric and Herbie. Hmm, that would be nice. I could frame it and put it on my wall!
You can come round for one of my roast dinners, if you'd like to?? Bring Noah, and he can have some fun with Eric.
Thank you, my dear friend, for the six stars, and this fun, fabulous review. Love you loads, too, and Noah! Sending hugs all round, take care, and please stay safe, my friend. :)) Sandra xxx

Now, that would be a brilliant photo. If your daughter would allow it, and if you could send me a photo of Noah sitting down, I could try and get that done. Not to go in the book, but as a special photo just for him to keep. Just a thought. But don't say anything to Noah in case his mum says no. And, if she says yes, still don't say anything, it would be a surprise. lol, that would be so amazing. Have a wonderful day, my dear friend, and stay safe. Love you lots! xxxx

Hello Sandra. When reading your dialogue, I have to keep reminding myself that some of it is esp and not verbal dialogue. The dialogue between the parties today is informative about the trip.
I do like the replicator cranking out one of his mum's dinners. (Can the replicator turn out a big Mac?) :-))) A replicator would be very good to have these days.

Robert

Oh yes! Eric has had his Big Macs and Cola on the last two visits to Drozig's star-ship. LOL, I've already put in my order for a replicator, but Drozig said there has been a high demand for them recently!! lol. Thank you so much for the lovely review, Robert. I appreciate all your support. Take care, and stay safe. :)) Sandra xx

You did a good job with this chapter, Sandra. I enjoyed reading it. I like the conversations of the characters. I laughed when Eric asked (to paraphrase) 'how much longer?] I believe it s acceptable to end sentences with a preposition. However, I try to get around that. Respectfully, Jan

sent to search for Drozig after he'd crash landed [ crash-landed ] on your planet, I would never have met you."

Not at first. They would have taken photos and stored them for our scientists to study. After that, they searched the area near them. It didn't take them long to discover the planet that we are now taking the aqua-beings to[. . . where we hope to relocate the aqua-beings (should aqua-beings be capitalized-->Aqua-Beings? ]

That flashing blip is where we are now, Eric," Drozig told him. "And that arrow there is where we are bound for. [. . . is where we are headed. ]

Thank you so much for another of your wonderful reviews, Jan, and your help in finding those nits. I've made the corrections but I've got to go through the book and change all the 'aqua-beings' to Aqua-Beings. I don't know why I put them in lower case in the first place! Thank you for pointing that out!

Have a wonderful day, my friend, and stay safe and well. Big hugs, Sandra xxx

I'm sure they'll all be relieved to see the planet. And an exact replica of their own! How exciting. Perhaps Eric should try some alien food. They like his mum's cooking, so why not? Can't wait to see what happens in the next chapter.

What a delightful story. When it's published, I'll need to find a small boy to buy it for. :)

I picked up a few points:
Herbie bobbed up and down. "Yes, but only with other drone-searchers, we're all linked when we're working. - period needed after 'searchers'

"Let me try to explain what a fold in space is, first, it will make it easier for you to understand." - period needed after 'first'

With a fold in space, it's even easier, you simply move inside and you're there." - period needed after 'easier'

Giving himself a shake he stood up and walked around the room. - comma needed after 'shake'

All this time Eric was watching and holding his breath. - comma needed after 'time'

"You like it, don't you?" He couldn't be more pleased if he'd beaten his dad at golf. Wait till he told his mum that an alien liked her Sunday roast dinner ... except she'd never know. "What a bummer!" - because of the speech marks, it sounds like 'what a bummer' was said to Drozig. Maybe it should be in italics or something.

It wasn't long after that Drozig received a message. - I might have said 'Soon after that, Drozig....'

Cheers
Judy

I can hardly wait to see what it's like in the fold in space. It's hard for me to fathom such a thing. But it's so great that is the perfect place for Kon and his people. I bet food will change a lot when Drozig gets home. Now, I'm hungry, and I'm going to fix something to eat. lol.

Another wonderful episode in the adventures of Eric, Herbie and Gizmo, and now we have Eric's strange friend from another planet, Drozig, we've filled Eric with all his wondrous friends. My mouth was watering as Eric was downing His mum's delicious roast. Well done Sandra, you've surpassed yourself with your "visual" writing, blessings, Roy
