So glad you enjoyed this piece!

Very romantic poetry, very suitable to present to someone you love. This could even be an elegant greeting card for a male or female spouse, sweetheart or lover, and it would be so much to the point, expressing love without being overly sentimental, just right. The image matches the well written verses perfectly!

Yes, I did :-)

I am a fan of these short poems. You didn't need 5 stanzas to compare the music in your heart to the melody in your soul that love brings. I really enjoyed it.

Oh, I like this. It takes two to make a song: one brings the lyrics and one brings the music. Together, the two become one. Great love story.
Excellent entry for the senryu contest.

This poem really hits home for me. My husband is a musician and although this poem is short, it says a lot. It's like a marriage between two people: lyrics and music, creating the melody of love. I really enjoyed this! Well done. Respectfully, -January L.
