I just read about the Yak, I hadn't noticed as I am new to Fan Story, that you've written loads more, I'm sure I missed that in the Bio. Great work again, Will be reading on to B in a bit. Loved it! Linda

I've gone through the whole of the alphabet, starting with this one, through to the letter you just read. I'm working on the last letter now, which will be coming on Sunday.
You are so sweet to give me another six star award, I'm really pleased, and so encouraged, that you are enjoying them. Thank you, Linda. Warm hugs. Sandra xx

Sandra,
Congratulations on your book for your grandson. I just loved the anteater biography! Lol.
It's late in the a.m. when I decided to do a some reviewing and writing. Your books are so eloquent; it's rare when a writer can pen a book for adults and children.
Congratulations for all the 'all time bests'.
Have a wonderful day today and always,
Cindy

Outstanding writing and very informative, Sandra.I think you have a classy idea here tom do animals this way. Are they all going to be in poetic form? I will be back again, as rime allows. Im enjoyed this. Who knew anteaters used their noses as snorkels? LOL :) Bob

The anteater was a surprise to research, Bob. I'm delighted you
enjoyed reading about them. There are so many interesting creatures on our lovely planet. Yes, each one starts off with a small poem before I go into the more detailed account of the animal, with lots of pictures to go with them. I have had to add more to the letters A, B and C in my MS Word copy, because the following letters have so much more information and many more pictures. Now everyone is trying to guess the creature that will feature next. I have to make sure the information is correct because Eric's school buys in copies of the books I write and I go and read to them. Thank you for reading and your nice comments, Bob, I really appreciate your review. :)) Sandra xx

Ithink that is so cool, Sandra...that his school is involved. Good informative writing, my friend. Bless you and yours. X ;: ) Bob

Hello sandramitchell
smiles to your A is for Anteater. You have an excellent way for children to learn their ABC (s). Tell your husband he has talent..
And, me as an adult find your way of making me enjoy reading and telling me something I didn't know.

Hello, Gert, thank you so much for this lovely review, (I passed your message on to my husband, he said, thank you!) Bless him, he's never done this before.
Thank you, my friend, for the lovely six stars, that is so kind of you. I wrote an ABC book for little children in this format a few years ago, this is for the older ones with learning difficulties like my grandson. I've been asked to go to his school and read the Adventure series books I've written for Eric, which is so exciting! I will be taking this along when it's finished. That, of course, is when our schools are allowed to open again!
I'm so pleased you found it enjoyable to read, that is so encouraging, my friend. Thank you! Have a wonderful day, and please stay safe. :)) Sandra xx

You have a lot of interesting data bits here about anteaters. I like how they don't eat all the ants in one nest. They know to conserve their food supply so it will be easy to find more later. That is if they have good memories too.
Keep writing and stay healthy

Love it, Sandra. I like both illustrations, too, but your hubby's art/drawing is really cute and so personalized to accompany your writing which is clear and interesting. Marilyn

Oh, this is a winner! I wish I were little again so I could learn facts in this manner of presentation. Delightful. It will make children giggle and remember this interesting creature. You make the world a place to be explored with glee.

Dear Sandra,
First off, the poem is really well written with strong rhymes and a compelling cadence - easy to read. Secondly, you have managed to incorporate a great lesson on a truly bizarre creature. Nice.
Regards
Reg

This will be a wonderful educational gift to your grandson. If you don't mind, I would like to copy this to read to to our children. Where could I get this book?

I'm writing it now, Rebecca, the first one I wrote for Eric was when he was about 3 years old. I've scrapped that one and I'm doing this one now. Of course you can copy it and read it to your children. I'll be posting the next letter of the alphabet next week and onwards. Thank you so much for the lovely comments, my friend. Happy Easter! :)) Sandra xxx
