This romantic poem, My Love, speaks of the initial moments when an interest was sparked. It goes on to show intent and pursuit which comes with both success and revelation. Within a year the love is there for both to see. A nice tale told in a sweet poem.

This is a very sweet and romantic poem, told nicely in narrative form, with a distinct beginning, middle and end. The rhythm and flow do seem to go off kilter a bit in the last stanza but, in contrast, the degree of romance does go up. All in all, it's an enjoyable poem. I'd just like to see it read a little more smoothly at the end.

Your poem is lovely, but I think the theme is about he loves, he loves me not. Maybe I misunderstood, but I thought you supposed to use this in your poem. Good luck with the contest.

Not sure if this is a true story or your talented imagination. I cannot imagine meeting someone on the internet and actually taking it to the next level. Sounds like the TV show "90 Day Fiancee" which is almost always ends in disaster.

Trust me, a true story that has lasted 14 years so far. Not sure how she puts up with me sometimes ;)
