This was a helluva insight into CC connor's psyche. Will Millie play a role later? That's one badass bitch. Very nice chapter. Looking forward to the next installment.

Quite obviously, the two are so intertwined, that to kill the other would be like killing oneself. Something neither of them would ever likely do. A clue delivered in paragraph 31, (the one thing that neither could ever do).

This alludes to neither GI Joe nor Bobby Do being able to kill C.C. Connor. They were cerebrally programmed not to kill their own. Note that they have no problem hurting each other. Millie is a tick more cognizant of these nuances than Cube.

This is a great character exploration, and it explains a lot about what C.C. did later in life. I find myself wondering if they can't kill each other because they are twins--to kill the other would be to kill oneself.

Looking forward to the next chapter!

I'm laying the groundwork for Dr. Wu's brainwashing technique which includes a CANNOT KILL SUGGESTION for team members. The reason being is that the final product becomes a sociopath who is prone to kill anyone and everyone on a whim.

That sounds like a good plot. Bill.

Fascinating. They cannot be killed it seems or at least by any normal means. The story flows well and holds the reader's attention throughout. Well done and thank you very much for sharing it.

As a mom, I'm having trouble with reading about ten-year-old kids flinging sharp kitchen tools at each other. I guess there is a deeper connection between the twins that is stronger their training.

The time line requires life long training and a developed antisocial decision making mind set. He needs to be in his twenties by the close of the Vietnam war.

I think you've illustrated it well. By the way, I thought you might want to end this line with a question mark:
" shall we meet on the field."

Absolutely outstanding, the fight scene the reasons for and against injury or killing, these little twins certainly are trained and brainwashed very well, now Millie's (MC) adult reasoning and actions are becoming a lot clearer, very well done and I will be waiting for the next****kahpot

Hi Bill. I like this story. I find your conversations are crisp, to the point and keep the action moving. Your characters C.C. and Millie certainly are a blood thirsty pair lol. As a chapter in an on-going book, this one certainly can stand on its own merit. Well done. xoxo deborah

Your imagination is phenomenal, and like because is kinda like the tv. We watch. Suspend our disbelief, and travel on. I have six sibs. Three male, three female. Even tho don't really get along, can not envision inflicting pain, or even the nature of killing. You have done it with the cyborgs...
