I loved this poem! But I think you should put 'hoot' into the poem rather than 'Haute', this will make it funnier! A clever write and I wish you luck with the contest, love Dolly x

Thanks for your 'hoots' for this entry. You may be right in the end, but we both know the English-worded phrase is not 'hoot couture' ... LOL

I heard this 'haute' yuk-yuk on National Public Radio (NPR) this morning in reference to an owl. So I will stick with the current version, unless other reviewers consistently make the same pitch you did.
