Clever use of word imagery yet so very effective.
I'm sure for some the memories are as clear as glass.
Lover's lane is almost like a right of passage for some.

Thank you Patricia. I may have had some experience along those lines in my day. Back when seats were benches, not buckets; radios had dials, not buttons: there actually was a lover's lane; and girls wore bras. Lol. Glad you liked my little poem

Excellent, this reminds of a "Meatloaf" song of how much fun they were having by the dashboard lights, I can imagine the bra hanging somewhere near the radio, very well done and best wishes for your contest****kahpot
