The season of spring and all that it involves in the way of burgeoning vegetation is used here as an extended metaphor for a developing relationship that is undergoing a similar rejuvenation. the climax of this is represented in the poem by powerful bursts ov alliteration that fill, perhaps to overflowing, the final lines.

Beautifully written poem, my friend. Your word choices are superb which makes for a delicious read and delightful sounds when read out loud. Great personification, I especially loved "hastily dressing leaves flutter alluringly", alliteration and scattered rhymes. The entire piece takes me back to my youth, and that was a good time .

Wow, such an amazing image of a lady concentrating on her violin. I learned many words from your poem. I love the spring season. Where I live, we have flowers called Sakura. They are beautiful and they smell splendid. When I was a lot younger, I would suck the nectar from certain flowers that were at the fields that I used to play in with my friends. I would also eat grasshoppers because I used to live in a tropical climate. I hope that you get to enjoy the flowers especially that bloom in the spring wherever you are. Have an amazing day!

Very well done free verse, Ronni. I admit the first "stanza" was very descriptive, though I wasn't sure where it was going. But with each line, the imagery made more sense and told a specific story with the helpful addition of alliterations and bundled adjectives.
