Very interesting post. I'd not heard of Dim Sum, but now I can't wait to ask the folks at my favorite Chinese restaurant. Mostly I want to see if they really say "Yum yum!" LOL.
I see no errors, and learned something new. Chicken feet, though? No, thanks!

Yeah, me too. I would pass on the chicken feet. Thanks for the read, but usually there are plenty of other delicacies to choose.
