when you were quoting deputy, you used the word him...I think you meant to use me..stole from me. And again later so now I am thinking he is debating with himself as another side of him. What an intriguing piece.
This is turning very dramatic and I am glad I am along for the ride

Fine new chaptering. It wasn't as exciting as the last one yet fit in quite well. I'm enjoying this entertaining book you have going on. It reminds me of a boy I knew named Cody. His father died back in the day and his mom was on drugs. Basically an orphan too.
