Right...? Mine too...-smile- ...I thought a great commentary about the idea of "crazy". I think one of the Douglas's owned the rights...Michael I think....and his father wanted the lead.
He gave it to Jack...must have been a difficult thing to do.
I put this together in twenty minutes after reading something that hurt me forever. Happy you enjoyed it....it is funny from a distance I suppose. maybe someday will all get together and laugh about it...haha. love michael

This is an interesting tribute to "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest", though I recognized it right away. (That's not crazy, right?) ;)

There are a lot of things going on in this poem... and I believe I liked the last stanza the best. The poem lacks just one thing... juicy fruit :) (I trust you'll understand)

Juicy fruit is the single line of the tall Indian in that movie... I can picture him, but I can't remember his name. The only words he spoke through the whole movie, and the one thing I remember the most lol :)

That movie scared me. It was very real and brought back unhappy memories of visiting my mum in a place similar when I was five. This is a good poem and thank you for sharing.
