Hi Michael, bet you forgot I existed! I loved this poem, it made me think of the horses in the sea, ghost horses turned into the high strong waves that take you away, drag you into their ghostly world on the tide, a place that is peaceful and beckoning. The picture is captivating, more ghosts, happy ghosts? The orchestra...a different time, a different ghost, the orchestra that played on the Titanic until the high waves took them down. Freeing them from their earthly ties. I hope you are well my lovely friend. Love you lots. Sandy. xxx

Good morning--your post was my last yesterday and is my first of the new day.Your "song of the sea" is quite evocative. The echoing "hope saves no one" is very powerful, and I liked your musical references as well. Many cheers- Joan

This is a very interesting poem. I confess there is much about it I don't understand but it is never-the-lessthought provoking so I am not down-staring because of my own ignorance.

The image is top drawer.

Thank you for the posting.

Well now, this is a difficult one! Frankly, I don't understand it. Yet it has ha compelling ring to it. It seems to me to be a sort of sound poem where the meaning of the words and phrases comes second to the sound. I won't dream of making suggestions as to how it could be improved and I wouldn't dream of marking it too low because, as I have just said, I don't understand it - not even why it is entitled 'Stallions Release'.

Sorry.

I liked the poem apart from the line about old age crushing down. I am very close to fifty and I don't want old age anywhere near me lol. I an nearly fifty young, not old lol. Thank you for sharing.

Hi reconciled. I am at a loss to understand this piece of writing, I'm afraid. Entitled stallions release with an image of ballet dancers and reference to neither of these in the words. have I totally missed the boat? alf

Hey Alf....yes you have...it is Greek Mythology...it said that Aeolus conjured up the North Western winds when he released his stallions.....but hell Alf....I don't hold your ignorance against you....I'm a Christian...-smile-...

G'day mate. This is a very spooky piece. It is very well written and presented and flows nicely. It would be worse than a nightmare to be lost at sea. Cheers and peace, Fez

Hi sweetie, I don't remember to much about the sinking of the Edmond Fitzgerald...only that it went down in a awful storm...and that no one survived...who would know that when they leave that port....and the ones they love...they would never return...only to become ghost in a sea of water...so many sailors the sea has taken...only for their loved ones to look over the waters...and grieve...a wonderful poem written...wording unique to only you...a beautiful picture...and a perfect video...love you Linda xxoo

there was a movie I saw...long time ago..carlito's way" I believe...Al pachino...he disrespected some kid...early on. in the end of the movie...he Carlito had won ..um what he wanted ...freedom a way out...and of course his idea of Grace Kelly.....then suddenly while boarding the gravy train...this once disrespected kid shows up stage left unexpected and smiles and says do you remember me now...and plunges a knife in his heart. this poem comes from the deep need of justice. Sorry Lil L...it aint never going to leave me....until its found. love you Lady....I thank you for loving me even with this shadow carried now. sweet dreams....love Bug-

Michael, I have had a lot of hurt and pain in my life...but if I really want to show I believe in Him...I have to follow Him...no one can live a happy healthy life if they are carrying all the anger, pain, and hurt of their past...there's just too much of it...for everyone...you make that chose to forgive...and that is what God wants...and the moment you do forgive...your whole world changes...do you have right to be mad ???yes!!! of course...but so do the blind...the deaf...and the severly diabled...and if they can forgive what they have to live with their whole lives...everyday...we have to forgive our past hurts...love is a very strong medicine...I love you too...you don't have to thank me Michael...it's from the heart...love bug back at ya...
