Mikey , you've got him pegged. Laughed and laughed. Who in Hell thought this one up? are we running out of subjects. It is a great contest and conversations were enlightening. Hey Don't think Dean wouldn't do it to you if the table was turned. He's slice your head open swiftly to get the good goo out if it would make him write better. You both are great horror tellers and such an entertainment to us all. (uih, those of us that like guts and gore that is)

Now we need a contest for what's inside Mikey's brain, even before the old switcher oo with Deano. Fabulous story and I love this line--'Horror to him is a wilted petal on his soul mate's corsage...' Seems the talent is equal for you two gentlemen. Really a ten star story, but six was the highest offering I could find on my screen.

This was totally amazing. Getting inside Dean's head. Getting him to write about daisies and cute little puppys. You rely hit all the right notes with this one. Brilliant. Wonder if Dean is guarding his head.....you never know.... This was just perfect. Great dialogue, brilliant idea. As for the ending...really funny... I told you it isn't the subject matter you need from his brain its the talent. Well done, a well deserved six and good luck in the contest... Genya

You certainly have a knack for self-publicity everywhere on site, my friend. You even make yourself a main character in a tribute to Dean. LOL.
However, there's no denying your excellent skill at writing prose, and there is some real funny dialogue exchanges between the 3 of you here.
Excellent plays on words - 'diner/dinner' etc, plus over the top and effective capitalised experlatives (if that's the right word, though it doesn't compute with my spell-checker).
Fun 'goo-ey' poem thrown in, too.
