Your Ottiva Rima tells a strong tale of the bond of brothers. Not your fault, but it is difficult to read on the phone because the format is not preserved. Great photo. Why aren't you wearing a black shirt?

Wow, a band of four brothers and a wonderful tribute in the Ottava Rima form! I enjoyed your rhymes and "cauldron's fire" metaphor. Here's to good parenting and strong family bonds! -Joan

Just a quick note, for identification, your Author Notes confuse the two sitting (saying both are one the right.)
I really like this poem; it is written with deep and abiding brotherly love. Just looking at you, you were a feisty bunch as well, I bet!
There is that golden bond between siblings (but particularly brothers, I feel) that tether you all together no matter how far physically you are apart.
Good job expressing that.

Great picture of all the brothers together. I am sure you all have lots of qualities in common, those bonds are closely knit. Excellent use of rhyming and choice of words to convey your message. I spotted 2 wee errors, hope you don't mind, verse 1, line 3, parents' influence. Verse 2, line 1, brothers' bonds. Most enjoyable read. Faye

This is a most wonderfully touching poem, the tale it tells so poignant, the ambiance reaching out to stoke the reader's own memories of family and the bond between siblings.
I found it flowed beautifully, the metering flawless, right up until that last stanza. I tried reading it several times, and reciting it aloud, but I stumbled over a few lines. (Maybe it's just me! Seriously! But because I loved it so much, I had to mention this so you could have another look at it.)
Wonderful gem to treasure!

Sibling bond--the strongest;
Thank you for sharing the special relationship held amongst all of you;
From young boys to adulthood your love stands strong as you all support one another;
Sorry for the loss of Robert and Chuck;
Nice picture also.

A tribute payed that touches ones heart and soul. So lucky you have those close family ties. Much more than mine for sure.. If there ever was a family photo of us four it would require a cut and past as not one would want to be with the other..Well except me I am the charmer in the Family hehehe

A great poem that captures the brotherly bond that exists in your family. Sad but in some families that bond fades. The strength is not only in the blood ties but in shared experiences on life's journey. Well done, Tom.

Passion and love saturate this commemoration of your family. Each stanza is complete and powerful; perfect in flow. It resonates with anyone who is not a single child, and the truth in your words is only enriched through the experience you've shared with your brothers.
I like so many individual lines in this piece but I have to choose "In true unbreakable brotherly bond. " The alliteration is beautiful.
Wonderful work. Your brothers can take pride and honor in this piece.

First, the rhyme scheme is excellent. This flows very well. What you describe here, about family, is wonderful. This is an well written and enjoyable poem. Great job.
