Hi Sandra

What delights I miss out on when I miss your postings. It is great you can keep up some writing, hopefully brings you some happy time.

It is remarkable you have no training and just so natural. You do make this kind of poetry look easy. I have done rhyme poems ... yet I find them much more difficult than free verse. You have written a children's poem which is interesting and enjoyable for adults ... after all we are the ones who read them a billion times over. lol I like the inserted message of friendship and to not pass over old friends for new ones. Fantastic presentation and selection of image.

"Teddy/tiny/tear-drop/trickled", "world went wrong", some strong alliteration combined with loads of assonance and consonance which all makes a delightful resonance and echo effect throughout. Lovely work. I have enjoyed immensely. Hugs - Lovi xoxoxox

Very sweet poem. There is a lot of things to be learned from this teddy bear that even if someone trouble us(picked him up and found his ear to chew!) we should be good and be friends with all.
Nice rhymes. No other picture would be suitable for this poem.
Thank you for sharing!!!

This is a good child's poem underpinned by an excellent message about friendship and respect. The puppy and teddy bear are such appealing characters for kids that you were on a winner from the start. Combining the puppy's naughty behaviour with the emotions of the teddy brought out a wonderful emotional response from the characters.

Hello. This is a super wee ditty for kids. Well, and for adults like me who still have a bear on their bed! My dog knows which toys are hers and which bears are mine. She loves hers to bits, literally, she does not chew, she cleans then...poor wee things

The lively little puppy dog looked at the teddy bear.
He smiled at him and promised to always treat him with care.

A charming tale related in flowing verse.A puppy being friendly with a teddy bear is not all that unrealistic. I have seen orphaned wild animals being given stuffed toys to which they have become firmly attached.

Thank you so much for your lovely review, Persever. We had a cat who pinched a little girls stuffed giraffe, (she let him keep it) he took it everywhere with him, the neighbours would laugh when they saw him coming along with it in him mouth. If he dropped it, his mum picked it up and gave it back to him. I could tell some stories!!! Thank you again, for your lovely review. xsx Sandra

Now, cuddly little teddy bear is puppy dog's best friend.
They go together everywhere and will do till the end.
And does the little girl still want them like she used to do?
Of course she does; she loves her teddy, and the puppy too! [ ok this is pure and genuine work, and i adore the style adopted in this one)
