We both play it and enjoy it.
It is a smart and intelligent write.
It is pithy and very direct.
Reads well and makes sense.
Many will relate and enjoy.

I do believe this is a very neat and fun poem to read and write as well. A scrabble made into a poem with a story to tell. In this case, if not for the game, they may not have told of their love for each other, smiles.
Great work and a neat and fun way to write a poem. Bless Indie and is wondering where she had gone to?
Cheerio, Ritchie. :))

You can find love in the most unusual places and circumstances. I suppose even playing a game of scrabble. This is very well written. Thanks for sharing.

This is a clever poem both in the writing and in the originality of the idea. You've written it well and managed to sustained some emotional tension while tackling the rhythm and rhyme. Well done.

This poem flows well and tells how love can be started by love of a game or games. My husband and I played a lot of gin and whist before we started dating. Now, on holidays our family plays board and word games like Monopoly, Scattergories and Catch Phrase. Whenever we visited my mother-in-law we played a couple very competitive games of Scrabble.
This followed the format well.

This is a nice Scrabble poem, written mostly in the quatrain style with an ending couplet, with good rhythm and rhyming throughout the poem.

It's amazing how great poetry could emerge from a mundane subject if handled by a master crastsman. It's Funny how his profession over shadowed him. Fairer if she managed to find enough tiles to 'play' his name below they got smothered by love. Beautiful without a doubt. Remain blessed. Emeka

Nice poem. I like the Scrabble poem idea and your aabb rhyme is great. Of course proper names are not normally allowed, but individual players can modify the rules. "Photographer" could not have happened in one play though because of the seven letter limit plus one connecting letter. I guess poets have license, however. Nicely done.
