Hi Sweetie! It is so nice to hear from you again. I have had a great summer, sounds like you were very busy. Are you having fun with your baby brother? My book "Izabella's Christmas Dream" is ready to print. It should be ready in a few weeks. I'll send you a copy. Grandma can message me your address. Thanks for reading my story and the 6 stars! Hope school is going well. If you ever come to Florida, let me know. =} Love, Roxanna

Hi Roxanna! I will call her and read this to her. You know she gets credit at school when she reads these. I have to sign her homework that she reads 20 minutes each night. (When I have her on Wednesdays) she reads through these easy, forth grade this year. And although she has always been an avid reader, she has lost interest except when she reads your Super Pig stories. I think the coolest thing for her is to know she is talking to the author when she reviews. Have you noticed she always wants to meet you. When this comes out you better hit the road book signing. She told me this morning the best part of this story was that he learned to swim. But my question was does Super Pig have special powers that taught him to swim so fast? So my only suggestion would be that they practiced and learned over time. I asked her how long it took her to swim and she said four years. Lol!!!!!
Back on Wednesdays again so hope to see you then. Love your replies to her. Thank you! It means a lot to her.
    XO

Her reviews are always so cute. I'm so glad she enjoys the stories. It give me more confidence. I would love to meet her too. I forget where you live. I'll be getting a call from my ad team next week so who knows where I'll end up. Only little kink in the works is I have to get a new A/C in my house. That will eat up a big chuck of my book money. But maybe if the books sell a bit I can make enough money to buy them, I get a reduced rate and then sell them and make enough to buy more and so on. I'm hoping that will happen but not holding my breath.

No Super Pig has no special powers. Justus could really swim all along he just needed the confidence to do it. I need to make that clearer, add it somewhere. I keep rewriting it so it is far from done. I drive myself nuts going back and back redoing this and that. I'm sure every writer does.

I hope all is well with you too. Hope to see you on here more this fall. Love, Rox

What a wonderful tale with such a happy ending. Perhaps there is a moral there too for us humans - when others love and believe in us we shine.

I loved this, Rox. I don't have anything to suggest in the way of changes, it's perfect to my eye. How great to read another Super Pig story. You just brightened up my day. Sorry to be out of sixes. I think this definitely deserves one. Hugs, Bev

This is an incredibly good story for children. I would definitely read it to my grandchildren. It has a lot of really good truths to childhood, also. I particularly liked the part where the Super Pig told Justus not to swim in the pond by himself. Then, it almost seemed like the training wheels of a bicycle used to teach that skill set was used when Super Pig used her hoof for Justus to swim on. I loved it.

There is a typo in the ninth paragraph which states "Izabella called to Justus when she go home" and should probably be "when she got home."

Its an exceptional story, very well written and told. I believe children will love it.

Thanks so much Belinda for the great review. I'm so glad you enjoyed it. I haven't written a Super Pig story for a while and really enjoyed writing this. I fixed the typo. Thanks. Rox

This is a children's story on frogs that little kids would really like and even teachers would be happy to use in classrooms as reference material. The exchange of conversations are simple that children will find easy to read. Well done, God bless.

I think this is a cute children's story. I think it will be encouraging to the so-called "late bloomers" out there. I found a few typos I wanted to point out:
"race was really to start" should be "ready"
"out it front" should be "in"
"chocking" should be "choking"
I liked the story of grandpa Fred E. Frog. I think this story has potential. I'd like to read it again after you finish it.

An adorable story with a very good lesson. It reflects the human bully problem well. Too bad we don't have a Super Pig. The story is interesting and well written. :-)
