This is so true. There is no way to make judgments on others unless you understand exactly what they are going through.

I love your presentation. The picture and layout of the poem are terrific.

And if we have not live other people's life, how do we assessed their mentality and visions of life.
If we have not been to Timbuktu, how do we really know what that place called 'mind' really is?
It is always wise to refrain from commenting on others - even of people we thought we knew very well because most stories are only half truths with some buried and never to be found.
Great write and well penned advice for those who think they know other people's lives better.
Cheerio, Ritchie.

This is a great statement about people who judge people without knowing what they are living through. If they knew, they would never look at others until they take a long look at themselves. This is an excellent flowing nonet and a good contest entry. Good luck,,,,,,Jim

You have a lovely nonet. It reads like a dream.
Initially you open with 'l' and 's'consonance(walk a mile/ someone else's shoes step) and into an alliteration(that they)
followed by more 'l' consonance(live... handle life)
A switch to 'e' assonance and 'b' alliteration(decide to be before becoming... see)

with 'j' alliteration meshed in before the end(judge and jury just)

I love the artwork
Your poem is in excellent syllable count and structure for the nonet
I love the be/see rhyme
good alliteration in before becoming and in judge and jury/just
what excellent advice - far too many people are quick to rush to judgment without considering the causes behind another person's behavior

YES!!! Finally a poem that made me go: WOW!!!!! And I should have known it would have been one of yours. Before judging someone else we should maybe take a look and see if we could handle what they are going through ourselves... We don't know what's behind what they do. And we shouldn't judge based on appearance or first introductions! You need to get to know a person before you form a prejudice opinion of them:) so true:) x

This is a good nonet poem. It is accurate in its syllable count, etc. I like the way the ending has an alternate rhyme scheme. Moreover, I appreciate the content.

A very creative way in taking on an age old saying. I like that do not judge less you be judged. I think I screwed that up, but you get my point here. Nicely done.
