Your poem describes his eloquence, quirkiness and wonderful iambics all rolled into one big huggable piece of poeticness.

A well written tribute to a friend of mine as well. Big bro Mike and he had alway been writing about historical events in many of his poems and writings. The author's notes he gave does explain adequately the essence of the poems.
A good writer deserving praise for sure. Well done on this one.

Yes, he does. He only have kind words and share his thoughts freely. Only kind and concern people knows who he really is. For those who don't understands him, leave them be. We are not here to convince them for sure, LOL.

Thank you for adding the author's notes to help us understand some of the terms used. The second line in the last stanza almost has a New York/Boston flare to it. Good for your friend - and good for you.
