Hilarious! Not too many entries actually had me laughing but this one did. Losers, eh? We've all been graced by their presence now and then. The story flowed nicely, intelligent language and excellent imagery. I'm sure you'll do well in the contest.

Ah! So your character eventually married the dim man with the flaming car.

There is the odd typo where you have double spaces between punctuation; otherwise I can't spot any flaws in your work.

Is the something went wrong because she ended up marrying him?

Oh. No, the author did not marry the camaro guy, but her present husband likes to tease her, hence the question about the painted flames at the end

I like the little line by the new husband at the end.

I understand your purpose behind the first paragraph, but it strikes me as tacky; the title "love, sex, and dating" can work for this piece without the flippant explanation of the marketing ploy.

I also think the character of the "Uber man" needs a bit more fleshing out; simply a paragraph describing his most important visceral attributes would be nice to have.
