As a music lover, I think you nailed it. I believe we need music in our lives, both happy and sad. Nice job on this rictameter poem. Good Luck in the contest.

Sixteezkid,
I like this style. It resembles a diamante. At least the formatting looks the same. Wonderful job! I wish you the best in the contest.
Emotional reflections are insightful and impressive.
It is perfectly written and completely error free.
I look forward to seeing you again.
Love you,

There's no denying the value of music. People react to music with their sense of life. Like poetry, music presents an emotion, but the emotion is not directly felt. It is like experiencing the emotions of other people. You recognize the emotion, and react to it depending on your own mood, emotions, or sense of life. A song that expresses joy may make some people react with joy of their own. Others may feel revulsion, or sadness. Music is an intregal part of our lives.
Expertly crafted rictameter bring into play the important role of music as an essential ingredient of one's own life and of human life in all cultures.
Excellent work.

Hello Sixteezkid
yes you are so right I find that music is always good when I need a boast it makes me feel happy
Loved it when you said-Penetrates our hungry souls
With harmony amongst constant chaos

This is a fine rictameter, Sue. Youe syllable numbers are exactly right, and the poem actually makes sense. I was drawn to it because of its title, since I am a musician, having taught public school music and given piano lessons for many years. So I agree with you completely about the power of music. Nicely done.

Hi there
good job, well done.
Simple to look at and read. But I bet its difficult in practice.
This line just about sums up everything about music.
With harmony amongst constant chaos.
regards
Darren
