Wow! For someone who's not use to writing romance, I think you did one hell of a job. Very well written and the flow was as as smooth as glass. Enjoyed this very, very much. One bit of advice, don't sell yourself short about writing romance.

Nothing generous about it, it was well written story that deserved a "6," but I am out. Just never sell yourself short. Trying new and different things is what helps improve our writing skills.

I thought you did a good job. I think you followed the letter of the contest and if I didn't know if was a contest, I'd think it was a good short story. My only comment (picky)is that the font you chose, I think, is a little hard to read. It seems too close together somehow. But, the story holds well. Nice work.
