-Very nice artwork and presentation, Regina.
-You wrote a good poem using these few words.
-A very good subject seen from the viewpoint
of Mother Earth.
-It is a good commentary about nature when
she has to plead to have it renewed.
-Very well done; hope you did well in the contest.

Thank you so much Pam. I

I got the message out. I really

Before man, what events heated and cooled the earth naturally? What caused the ice ages to end? What broke Pangea apart? What happened to the super ocean Panthalassa? You can't just stop a naturally occurring event of this magnitude. It makes good politics but not good sense to "stop global warming" when we aren't truly responsible for it. It's like saying Let's stop the sun from shining. I wish it were that easy, I would flip the switch myself.

Thank you for the 5 stars,
    Eean. The storms are getting
    fiercer and more frequent.
    The migration of birds is
    askew. Here in Western
    North Carolina we lost over
    100 people to Hurricane
    Helene. There are still
    survivors living in tents. You
    we're civil in your comment.
So I in turn will be civil and
say we can agree to disagree. I know hurricanes
    have been around a long
time, but what we experienced here up in the
    mountains was of biblical
    enormity. Many blessings to
you and your family. I hope
your week is off to a good
    start. ~

I will never discount the pain and suffering of another. You have every right to feel the way you feel. I have the education to support my claim, but I also have the compassion to accept your plight. No anger here. Say it how you feel it. God Bless and good luck.

This poem portrays the real world ahead and the spectre of climate change and the future of all creatures and habitats, including humans. The poet has evoked this message with evocative language and well chosen graphic in an excellent response to the concise essence of the prompt. Good luck in the contest.

Earth is our home and we should take better care of our planet. Human nature means we are greedy and money is more important that the air we breathe, I enjoyed your words here, love Dolly x
