nice poem about cats doing thier cat thing and trying to figure out what's up with their humans? incidentally I read recently that feral cats kill so many birds and other mammals - an incredible number per year in fact. Thats what cats do I suppose. I also think cats are magical creatures or even alien creatures at time. time to write a nonet about my favorite cat the cosmic cat of Berkeley! will post soon

Hey Debbie, I love how you have brought these cats into our lives and deposited them on the front porch of our mind. I can see them hunting down the wild varmits critters that abound in the Minnesota hinderlands. I'm glad they have each other to keep company. Thanks for sharing.

Actually they were deciphering the word "Catch" and they were thinking that anything that you used the word catch with must be bad for you. But then you read it so you knew that. Silly me. Haha. Thanks for the fun comments and the honor of again the six stars. Always appreciated, dear bro.

How clever to write around the cats misinterpretation of 'catching'. This was a fun skype story from the POV of these three, and clever Ruby for working out that not all things we catch are bad for us. Good one Debi and happy writing in 2025.

Oh Valda, thanks so very much. I never know if they get too silly or if I am hard to follow. But you were spot on about what was going on in the story. I am hopefully going to write more so people can get their cats in them too.
For instance next one I think will be with one of Teri's.

Thanks for the lovely and great review. Happy New Year, my dear friend.
    Love, Debi

Cute story and the center cat in the picture reminds me of my cat, Gordi. He died at the age of 16. Love the story. Hope to read more. Have a blessed day.

Another fun poem about Patch and Ruby catching things like mice. We used to have a cat and that was definitely one of the perks he offered. Now with a third cat in your story, who knows what they can do. (Smile)

Happy New Year my friend.

I thought this was a really entertaining piece, Debi as I was reading. I can imagine these cats are quite mischievous, they do look like they're planning something in the photo. A well written piece. I enjoyed reading it.

What a delightful threesome! As a cat lover, I enjoy following the adventures or misadventures of any feline. I'm glad to hear Helen didn't really catch the flu. It's going around. I also love the photo. Perfect story to keep us smiling into the new year.
