Again, very sensual, yet very innocent. I also liked the parallel in this stanza.
I long to touch

the way creeks
touch hardened rocks
until they're smooth
and calm

Perhaps that "unrelenting love" will be able to wear away the hardness of the other. It seems like the love is unrequited but she never gives up and hopes to change his heart.
