Well, I'm with you. None of us are perfect and all have sinned, some more than others. This old sinner has mellowed, some, with age. I won't say what's right or wrong and what should or shouldn't have been done with Hunter Biden, because like everything else in the media, we never know the whole truth. But if you do the crime, you should do the time, no matter who your father is. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you, Rick. There is a saying, 'Don't do the crime if you can't do the time.' The media have their agenda, and I am still trying to figure it out; they seem to swing the pendulum to make ratings.

Yes, Maria, journalism used to be unbiased reporting of the news. But nowadays it's just propaganda for whichever side of the fence they are working for. Each network seems to have their own agendas. And sadly, we are at the mercy of what lies we've been tainted with. It's hard for us to make educated opinions on fabrications. And both sides are liars molding their own truths. But that said, we can't just sit back, we have to believe something, yet we mustn't be shocked when we learn we've picked the bigger lie. LOL. Our world is in a sad state. Congress can't compromise to get anything done. So if they can't work together, then they need to be fired and get some people who can. That's their damn job. We wouldn't last a week if we didn't do our jobs. We elect people to office when we know they are liars and thieves among many other things. Elements once thought to be basic character with some sense of morals. Now we don't even care. Oh, well, at least you and I have opinions. I guess I've become an equal opportunity hater. My question is, out of 400 million people in this country, why is it we can't find one decent person to fill any office? The reason is that its been proven that it takes a billion dollars to successfully run for President, and I don't know how much for other offices. But I do know the average person can't finance a run. And those who do have the money or the connections to get elected, most aren't honest, law abiding citizens. Have a wonderful week! :-)

Yes, there is, but the President is taking the role of a father, and continues to enable his son. Parents do it all the time. You also have a great week.

However, no one is above the law and many people suffer hardships in life and don't break the rules, turn to drugs and alcohol and cheat the state out of money.
President Biden may pardon his son, but the law should always take its natural course and where there is a prosecution then no one should intervene. It is likely that his son has never learned some lessons that could have helped stay on the right road in life. He was probably forgiven many times because of what he has suffered. When there are no consequences to our bad behaviour, we never learn the lesson.

though here there have been many worse acts-assaults, break and enters, theft, and even deaths, where those caught have not been jailed, some not even convicted, I agree with what Joe did, but he must own up to doing it as the President-no father anywhere as that power, very well written****kahpot
