Thank you for sharing this. I guess I'm lucky that I was out out. I don't remember anything. The thing I can remember is
buying a beer to take home at a mini market about ten minutes up the hill from my accident site, but whether the memory is from that day or sometime before the wreck I don't know, as it was my routine on payday for a while. I understsnd his frustration at trying to remember, as at first I tried to remember, but I gave that up after a month or so. Just glad he survived

This makes me feel very tearful because it was such a trauma to live through and yet Wayne's determined to make sense of it and remember every single detail. I think this will be very important, carthartically, in his recovery. It's as if he wants to free himself rather than allow the experience to remain buried irretrievably in his subconscious. I hope the pain can begin to lessen too soon. Thanks for sharing this latest update, Rhonda. And my very best wishes to you both. Take care Debbie. PS Who would have thought, when you started this book, that there was going to be another chapter ahead like this...?

Just getting out of bed knowing what both of you will be facing is difficult enough, but knowing that if you don't stay positive and keep moving forward, the chance you have been given could slip away. Lean on your friends and each other and know that everyone cares and offers their prayers because God has blessed your life and has plans for you and Wayne. My thoughts and prayers always,
Smiles, Carol

Baylor Scott and White Hospital - This is the medical system I use in my part of Texas. They took great care of me through my breast cancer.
Thank you for sharing this with us. Miracles do happen. I am continuing with my prayers.

Thank you so much! We use them and Methodist, depending on how close we are and what we need. They transferred him from Baylor to Charleston Methodist for Rehab.
Thanks for the review!!

Oh, what a series of miracles you've experienced! Praise the Lord for the angels surrounding Wayne. I know for a fact, if you can see above yourself as if you are down below, and watching it all like a TV show, your spirit is leaving the body. Thankfully, he was revived and summoned back. I'm hopeful for his complete recovery. God spared him for a reason. Praise the Lord!
One quick fix in paragraph 2, my friend. Wayne (and I) were sitting on the bed. Add missing I.
Love and Blessings to you both. Praying always!!

Thank you so much for the review, Helen, and for the virtual six, which is what I'm down to right now, as well! They go sooo quickly!!
I hope it isn't overkill publishing so many stories about it, and I was ready to post another Centaur chapter, but when Wayne told me about his experience last night, I just had to share it, because you always here on TV shows, people telling people to stay with us, and I wasn't so sure it wasn't just drama, but it really worked for Wayne. He was able to focus on what they were saying!!
Thanks for finding the errors as well!!!

It was moving, Rhonda! Now I know why they do that. Hugs!
