Through paragraph three I kep thinking your "last walk" or anyone's last walk is the one they most recently did, though it need not have been your LAST walk, as if your legs were severed. Now I'll read the rest.
Aha - suicide would surely stop future walks. Sad. But what's with the WHITE?

Your writing drew me in immediately. There's such honesty here which I think takes courage to share. I found myself feeling the weight of their pain but also connecting with that hope for something better - even if it's in a different place. The ending shift, with everything going to white left me thinking. Beautifully intense work!

This is well-written. you've set the scene. Provided the reasons. And seemingly justified the decision. But you've not explained what has finally prompted such a dramatic decision. To me it seems as if you have potential as a writer. Please don't waste that talent. So many on Fanstory would love to be able to put words together as well as you. Look forward to reading more of your work.
