This poem is a gem! Your personality shines in each line. The humor is spot on. I love the little details like "nail scissors to the edge of the lawn". It's a clever poem and so relatable. This was a joy to read!

Hi
This is a well done poetic rant with a bit of revenge. Keep the house clean and neat is one thing. But sometimes it can be overdone. Starting cleaning before everyone is awake is disrespectful.
He is a bit of a hypocrite if he keeps his work room so neat and complains about you cleaning the house.
One spag I found is bath should be bathe.
Good luck in the contest.
Keep writing and stay healthy
Have a great day.
Joan
P S I have just published a book titled "The Interloper and other stories in prose and poetry". It is available on Amazon.com. There is a link to it at the end of my profile.

Thank you, Joan. We say 'bath' more than 'bathe' in the UK, but you're quite right in that the written word should be 'bathe', so thank you for spotting that x
