I almost jumped in fright at the end of the story. I wasn't expecting it. I've tried my hand at writing a short story in 100 words. It's not easy and involves a lot of counting! Well done.

This was apparently the cave of a cannibal or a man eating animal .but since he said 'hello dinner'... that is clear I suppose .this precise story is well written and could successfully convey horror..

A well-constructed little flash that takes your reader into the cave and then, just as we're settling into the experience, we realise that this isn't going to be a straightforward exploration after all and there is someone else with other plans! Well done and good luck! Debbie
