Your poem is so heartfelt! I love how you share the idea that true wisdom isn't just about knowledge but about trusting in God's plan. The imagery of God's gifts being planted within us before birth is so powerful.
Beautifully done!

As usual, Roy, your work teaches, encourages, and shows your faith; most likely built on difficult times and successes by God's grace. It comforts and consoles. My only concern is your second-last verse Did you want "If your heart was so pure.om"? It spoils the rhyme. Having said that It is a work of faith and deserves recognition, Good Luck and God Bless you.

Having grown up in the country. And being just an old hillbilly, we had a way of measuring whether people were who, and what, they said they were. When we would wonder about someone, We would say, "He might be talkin' the talk, but he ain't walkin' the walk."
God operates by the same principle. He hears our words. But he watches our actions. And that is our measure. God is not fooled.
Robert.
