You do a great job with your short poem. The last line focuses your metaphor. We have always heard about "water under the bridge." This sentiment is universal. Life does, in fact, go on, and the water flowing through our lives does fade over time. Well done nailing this idea with your words.

I read your haiku several times and got several different visuals. I see time flying by for all humanity and the urgency to make life count. I also saw in your work, whether we do something useful or not,time goes on.

This was a poem that made me think that maybe you were talking about a deeper subject. When we have problems, sometimes we are glad when our problems are washed away, and we feel clean again and can go on with life. I liked your poem.
