Well I will see if the site says this review is AI generated as it did the last ones, which it was definitely was not. I have always enjoyed your sonnets and this is no exception. I particularly enjoyed your new description of leaves blowing like rolled up paper down the hall.
Much enjoyed, Melissa. :)

What beautiful sonnet. I love autumn so I especially enjoyed this. You chose the your angle and story so well I really felt sad for the tree ans the leaves, although it's only a seasonal transition. You have a lovely way with words in your writing.
Well done and thank you for sharing.
Best Wishes

A beautiful Shakespearean sonnet to celebrate autumn! I loved how you covered the amber and gold colors and the sounds of wind's "raspy song" and even the silence of the pirouetting leaf.

This Shakespearean sonnet, Old Autumn Tree, has the proper formatting and brings our attention to its participation in the play which defines the season and joins its beauty.

This is a delightful sonnet about the beauty of autumn, Melissa. Beautifully descriptive and I especially enjoyed
Descending silently around and round in pirouetting twists

Very good job with a description of the autumn season, Melissa. You also picked a great picture to go with your poem. Shakespeare would be proud of your effort.

Excellent poem. I love the sound. Good rhymes and meter that don't sound forced. Great autumn imagery.
Well done!

Well, you got the stately tree to dance for you, Melissa, :) a very good written sonnet. We are like that old tree as we lose our leaves to the wind. We all should try to be strong and golden like your tree instead of old and grumpy like me. Thanks for sharing. :)

I could hear the sound of the leaves crunching under my shoes and smell the musty scent in the air. All this from reading your poem. You have a special talent.
