I'm so excited to be reading about Halloween things now. This hit on a special fear of mine. Scarecrows. There is only one scarecrow that doesn't frighten me. The one from the wizard of Oz. Other than that one, all bets are off. Great poem. Gretchen

That question resonates with many people, I'm sure. Funny that the scarecrow thinks that he needs a new attire, when in my mind he is already dressed for the occasion. On the other hand, no where does it specify the occasion, this shows the power of suggestion by way of traditional thinking.

LoL. That's cute! I can handle that kind of scary. I wonder if people dress up their scarecrows. I remember how well our little toys were received last year. The kids had enough candy.
