Well, here am I on the southward side, enjoying a beautiful spring in Australia. We get used to the US assuming everyone is having Fall, so it's nice that you recognised our opposite-ness! Lol. A beautiful poem! Very well done, and best wishes for the contest.

I like that you wrote about the seasons in different hemispheres. Spring is grand, but it's fall where I live. LOL. I liked your rhymes, as well. Thank you for sharing, and best wishes to you.

After a long winter, spring is the rebirth of all things, including our restless spirit. What a wonderfully written poem. Good luck in the contest! Have a great day, and God bless.

Haha. Regarding your Author's Notes, I know what you're saying. That was one of my most interesting learning curves on here, too: WHAAAAT? Everyone's season isn't the same as MINE?!
I liked your balancing act between north and south observances of thecseasons.

An excellent entry for the Spring writing prompt. This was such a cool poem and very creative. We often forget that our winter is someone else's summer. The picture is perfect.

Your descriptive language describes the inevitable changes come springtime. I like finding a key line or phrase in poetry and I found one in yours. "Springtime heralds Earth's revival..."
