Gypsy,

A very nice presentation for this post.

Artwork and coloring scheme work hand in hand with your verse.

Mark

P.S. Not quite sure if the plant should be pluralized or not for your poem: forget me notS (sic). It may have a double meaning for you.

Thank you very much, Mark. I meant to use 'forget me not' because it's the flower but also means, 'don't forget me' is the satori

What a nice bouquet for the hermit who died living a lonely life. The Spanish moss decorates his tombstone and the "forget-me-nots" show that he's not forgotten.

Interestingly his grave is covered with forget me not, which perhaps speaks to his desire never to have been forgotten. However, the moss might suggest otherwise.
Nicely done

Excellent, at least someone new or cared for this hermit, or maybe the right flowers just grew there for them, as always very well written and presented****kahpot

i think forget-me-not is hyphenated...
also, i don't think you need the "and"
- or maybe that's just me lol -

excellent imagistic haiku with deep emotions swelling between the lines

thank you for sharing!

This haiku, Hermit's Grave, has the proper formatting and brings the readers to this lonely spot where someone was interred by those around then to give this one good turn.

We haven't seen the muppets in such a long time, instead of in kid's program, but I loved them when it was adult entertainment, but it does seem like the death of Kermit, beautifully written Gypsy, blessings Roy

Gypsy,
Your elegant poem is both beautiful and ironic. A hermit who may have had few friends in life, and forget me nots on his grave.
Very nice haiku, Gypsy!
Best wishes,
Cindy
