A good parent leaves a flood of warm memories. We leave a legacy of love and hearts full of happiness. Too often people want to leave only money. But getting money that way, by losing someone who is important, is the most hollow inheritance. I think about my parents and the love and principals they instilled in me and I am thankful. I love that you used the seasons as the legacy. Beautifully written. Gretchen
