This essay, Reviewing Cultural Olympics, is amazing to learn, and I feel it has been suppressed. I think such a competition would be good for the arts to reach everyone who cannot otherwise be an athletic competitor. I do see the reasons for its initial end, due to the wide and various ideas of what is art and what is not.

I never knew of the Cultural Olympics. I think this is a good idea to revive them for all the reasons you state. It is a well written letter and should be sent. It gives them a way to add them without disrupting the sports broadcasts.
