First off I'm so sorry for your loss. All of the brothers and sisters in my family aside from the two youngest are getting to the age where we might easily slip away too. God, I dread that happening
This looks like a good entry for the contest. Good luck with that
Are you the one on the right or on the left? The one on the left seems older, but looks can be deceiving.
You wrote a great tribute to her and you should probably give it to her kids although sometimes kids just trash things if they feel they don't have any meaning. Perhaps if you got it framed, they would value it more
I enjoyed reading your poem although It was sad. And your mind is still sad.

This is the most beautiful thing about the love one has for a sister. I too lost my sister just four short years ago and I feel the pain of her absence every day. I often think about the arguments we had in our lifetime and how meaningless they seem now. I think about how I didn't get one last night with her and if I could how I would revel in all the things that make her wonderful to me. This entry about your sister hit close to home because I know how I felt when God called her home. Thank you for sharing this beautiful entry with me.

This is a sad story beautifully written. How merciful our God is. He allowed reconciliation before her death, leaving you with a sense of peace only God can give. This is a real contender for winning the contest.
