This made me laugh out loud. True for 90% of the female population, I'm sure. I'm the odd ball. If I forget my phone, I do a happy dance, rejoicing in the temporary freedom! Loved your creativity with each couplet.

I enjoyed reading your poem. This is so true of the last generation. Neither of my kids (35 and 31) nor my granddaughter (11) do anything without their phones. Always on them, drives me crazy. Great choice of similes. Good job. Good luck and have a blessed day
