Great poem about the sport of golf. I loved your rhyme and the story you tell.
My dad golfed until he was 92; he had two holes in one during his long golf career; the second one didn't count, because no one was around to witness it.

Your poem captures a day on the golf course beautifully! I love how you share the highs and lows of the game with a touch of humor. I loved the optimism and excitement on the first tee that quickly gives way to the reality of golf! haha. Well done!
