This was a good account of these Biblical events. When Ananias and Sapphira met their infamous end, the Bible had not been written as we know it. Many of the New Testament writers (who were guided by The Holy Spirit) were present and alive. God's word could not be compromised. Since this was an important event in the Church's beginning, God had to do what He did.

Well written. You made some very good points.
Basically, they were greedy cowards who were butt hurt from having their toes stepped on. - I love this expression. I've never heard it before. But I think I would hyphenate it (butt-hurt). It lends itself to a variety of interpretations.
