It is a sad thing when family fades apart. Me and my sisters communicated my mail, email, and occasional phone calls for many years, but now we are closer than we have ever been. They begged me to move, well they asked politely, same thing,:-) Good writing.

It's a great photo!
Even the best of families have their problems, we are human and we all make mistakes.
It would be great if we could relive our lives , we would do a lot of things differently.
Cherish the love you received and hold dear your happy family memories.

This was so enjoyable. I thought your poem captures the bittersweet nostalgia and enduring love for a family that once was. I love how you took this picture and shared with us so much details. I think anyone that has a family and has experienced the passage of time with that family will be able to relate to this as I have. Well done.
