Thank you for sharing this rant contest entry with. Yes, it does seem the service industries are getting out of hand. I am not sure what the answer is. Good luck with the contest.

This is a totally legitimate rant. I require a handicapped parking space and often have to wait at the supermarket for a non handicapped person to come out of the store. They're usually young and couldn't care less about the rules. I know exactly how you feel, and you expressed it well.
The apartment complex should allocate two parking spots for "Deliveries Only," be it Door Dash, Uber Eats, or UPS. If a delivery vehicle arrives and both spots are taken, the driver should wait because it shouldn't be long before the spot is vacated.
Sorry you experienced all that turmoil, but I wish you the best in the contest.

First, let me say that your profile picture is absolutely gorgeous!!! Second, thank you so much for your review. I have the same issue with the rolling carts, when I need them. I have thought often of that same solution, and I am going to suggest it to my apartment manager.
