I all do well know the feeling that you experienced with your fall and I am sorry that you fell. I fell last year in the shower and I broke my hip and my pelvic bone. It took me about four months to recover. Just no fun. Patricia .

Absolutely no fun - you are definitely correct. I am just thankful that three wonderful people stopped and helped me because I don't have the arm or leg strength to get myself up.
